Checking In on My Application for the Google Ads Wizard Role
Hi Flippo and Jackson,

I hope you’re doing well. I'm Ayberk, and I recently submitted my application through the google form for the Google Ads Specialist position. I’ve been following you guys closely for the past 10 months and have learned so much.

The reason I considered working in your agency is actually because of you guys. You and Flippo's willingness to help other google guys and agency bros is admirable and fearless. Your genuine nature, don’t giving af about others, overachievement, and humility have truly impressed me.

I realized that my initial salary expectation of $20,000 might be higher than other candidates. However, I’m very passionate about this role and am willing to start at $10,000 per month, hoping to grow from there as I prove my value to the team.

I have over 4 years of experience in general eCommerce, including Shopify, FBA, and PPC (both Google and Bing). I’ve run multiple Shopify and Amazon stores on Google over the years, giving me a deep understanding of how Google works. I'm highly knowledgeable and always eager to learn more. I’m passionate about Google and can lead and take initiatives when needed. Using my Google Ads skills, I hit multiple six figures with one of my Shopify stores, and now, after following you for the past 10 months and learning so much, I’m really eager and ready to bring my best to your agency.

I have to say, I really like the quiz question approach to separate those who are actually knowledgeable. It's surprising how many so-called "experts" fail these tests despite writing satisfying answers to classic questions. This really shows the importance of qualification tests before hiring to separate talkers from doers.

You guys are not far from hitting 400k RR with this impressive momentum. Keep up the awesome work, and keep us posted on Twitter.

I’m excited to participate in the weekly training sessions to explore new strategies and improve my skills further. I’m adaptable and quick at learning new strategies. I can collaborate with other wizards on the team to implement these strategies effectively, freeing you up to focus on other tasks.

I'm in because of you guys (also part of me wants to experience a remote job in a field I'm passionate and confident about). As long as I'm happy with my role and I feel like I'm making a difference and benefiting the agency, I'm here to stay.
