A practical way to evaluate a multi-account email workspace

By the InboxCabin team

Before changing email software, write down the job you need it to do. Switching among separate inboxes is different from processing every account in one combined message list.

For a Windows user who wants to retain familiar webmail interfaces, an account workspace can reduce the need to hunt through browser tabs. Start with two accounts and label them clearly. Test the sender identity, attachments, reopening the app and normal provider sign-in. Keep business and personal work visibly separate.

If cross-account message search, offline mail storage or a unified message queue is essential, compare full email clients instead. A workspace is not a substitute for those features.
